A parent may submit a written request for registration refund at any time. The request will be reviewed and approved by the league registration coordinator and president. A 100% refund will be issued when received before the league’s initial evaluation date. On or after the initial evaluation date, a 50% refund will be issued, and the player will receive their jersey and headgear if it has already been ordered.
